Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced pork and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Thread the marinated pork slices onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and red curry paste. Cook over low heat until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
