Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts skinless, boneless , cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- 6 dried red chili peppers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- In a separate bowl, mix together sauce ingredients.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add peanuts, chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and ginger to the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the sauce and cook until it thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add green onions and stir to combine.
