Chinese Mapo Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil for sauteing
- 1 tofu pack, fresh, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Black Bean Garlic Sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Red Chili Paste with Garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 lb Ground Pork
Instructions
- Add oil to a wok and heat to medium to high temperature. Gradually add pork meat, black bean sauce, red chili sauce with garlic. Sauté until meat is cooked about 15 minutes.
- When meat is cooked reduced heat to medium. Add tofu and cooked for another 8 minutes, gently stirring mixture intermittently. Add salt to taste. Garnish with green onions .
- Serve with white rice.
