  • Add oil to a wok and heat to medium to high temperature. Gradually add pork meat, black bean sauce, red chili sauce with garlic. Sauté until meat is cooked about 15 minutes.
  • When meat is cooked reduced heat to medium. Add tofu and cooked for another 8 minutes, gently stirring mixture intermittently. Add salt to taste.
    Garnish with green onions .
  • Serve with white rice.
