- 1 lb beef cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 onions thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions

- Add a little water if needed, cover the pan, and simmer on low heat until the beef is tender.
- Once the beef is cooked through and the gravy has thickened, remove from heat.
