Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and crispy.
