- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
- Add the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and minced garlic to the bowl.
- Squeeze in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite Mexican dishes.
