Guacamole is a delicious Mexican dip or spread made from mashed avocados, typically mixed with lime juice, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and seasonings like salt and pepper. It’s the perfect accompaniment to tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or any Mexican dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 limes juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Add the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and minced garlic to the bowl.
  4. Squeeze in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite Mexican dishes.
  7. Enjoy!
